Who am I?
I’m Lucy Greenhill - one half of Transcend Consultancy, where we help founders scale, streamline, and build businesses that last.
But my journey didn’t start in a boardroom. It started with a deep desire for freedom, exploration, and carving my own path.
Where It All Began
I didn’t go to university. I didn’t follow a pre-set career path. Instead, I made the decision early on to take control of my own future - because I knew I wanted more than just a job.
I wanted freedom, opportunity, and the ability to create something meaningful.
That drive led me to my first role in event management, where I got to experience travel, connection, and high-energy problem-solving firsthand. From that moment, I was hooked.
Since then, I’ve spent 15+ years leading and scaling businesses across the travel, events, and music industries, delivering results that have transformed companies into industry leaders.
I’ve built teams, launched global markets, optimised operations, and delivered multi-million-pound growth - not through outdated corporate tactics, but by challenging the status quo and creating smarter, more efficient strategies.
The Experience That Defines Me
✅ Driving Growth & Expansion: As COO of Bundl, I led the company’s expansion into Australia, leveraging tech, operations, and brand positioning to generate £6.9M in its first year and securing partnerships with huge stars including Taylor Swift.
✅ Revenue & Profitability: At The Yacht Week, I optimised commercial and operational strategy, increasing profitability by over 100% and drove 34% YOY revenue growth through pricing, upselling, and strategic partnerships.
✅ Market Domination: At Ibiza Rocks, I built the entire travel division from the ground up, scaling revenue from €750K to €6M and transforming it into Europe’s largest youth travel operator - while increasing direct bookings from 8% to over 90%.
✅ Commercial & Operational Leadership: I’ve managed portfolios exceeding £30M, led global interdepartmental teams across commercial, operations, sales, customer service, and tech, and created scalable strategies that deliver long-term, sustainable growth.
✅ Tech & Innovation: I’ve driven digital transformation projects, built proprietary booking systems, automated processes, and restructured entire businesses to maximise efficiency, agility, and profitability.
✅ Crisis & Change Management: When the pandemic hit, I led The Yacht Week’s response strategy - pivoting products, renegotiating supplier agreements, and implementing a credit system that retained 40% of revenue from canceled bookings.
