So, it’s time we properly introduced one of the minds behind the mission: Geraint Hamer, or as most people know him—Gez.

From Boardrooms to Backstages

Gez’s journey isn’t your typical founder story. He rolled out of Business School straight into finance, launched his career during the 2008 financial crash, and was working in Government before the age of 23. But it was burnout, not a business plan, that changed everything.

Craving purpose and adventure, Gez left his job, booked a one-way ticket, and began what was meant to be a 6-month break. That turned into 6 years of transformation, travel, and learning-by-doing across the world of live events, hospitality, and experience design.

One of his earliest gigs? Guest liaison at Mallorca Rocks Hotel, welcoming thousands of travellers and managing events for artists like Madness, Example, and Dizzee Rascal. For a 23-year-old from a council estate in South Wales, it was a "pinch me" moment - and the beginning of something bigger.

Since then, Gez has worked with some of the most exciting and disruptive brands in the travel, hospitality, and events space, growing businesses from the inside out. From leadership roles at high-growth companies to scaling organisations to £100M+ turnover, his career has spanned continents and categories, but always with one through line:
